Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@nexorahome.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
